Beta Terms

Beta Terms

Please review these testing rules, risk notices, and feedback permissions before downloading or using Pinup Beta.

Effective September 8, 2026

The Beta may contain defects or change and should not be the only copy of important material. By downloading or using it, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Provider and scope

Pinup Beta is provided by Yantao Chen, an independent developer under the Cyter brand. These terms cover Beta builds obtained from justpinup.com. Contact hi@justpinup.com.

2. Beta status

The Beta validates functionality, compatibility, stability, and updates. It may contain bugs, data issues, performance problems, or changing features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a Beta build. Keep independent copies of important images and material.

3. License

Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and test Pinup Beta. Do not use Pinup to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, bypass security or update verification, or redistribute the Beta as your own product.

4. Your content

You retain rights in imported images, notes, and board content and are responsible for having permission to use them. The current Beta stores content locally by default and has no account, cloud backup, or cross-device recovery. See the Privacy Policy and Beta Guide for removal instructions.

5. Feedback permission

Feedback is voluntary. By submitting bug details, suggestions, screenshots, recordings, or diagnostics, you permit Cyter to review, copy, analyze, and use them as needed to develop, test, secure, and improve Pinup. You retain rights in your original content. We will not publicly identify you or use personal content from feedback for marketing without separate permission.

6. Updates, availability, and limits

The Beta may check for and provide updates for security and compatibility. We will reasonably maintain downloads and support but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Beta is provided as-is; these limits do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Ending use and changes

You may stop using and uninstall Pinup at any time. We may stop providing a Beta where serious violations or security risks arise. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in the effective date; review the latest terms before continuing with an updated version.
